Act as primary HR point of contact and HR advisor for your managersCollaborate with Recruitment team in ensuring efficient recruitment &
selection processes to provide high quality workforce on timeEnsure that all actions related to employment, changes and terminations are timely implemented with legal compliance;
collaborate with HR administrative teams efficientlySupport change management and organizational design, process by translating business needs to HR actionsSupport managers in HR related cost planning;
analyze and explain data in collaboration with controllersSupport managers in performance &

College or University degreeFluent English and HungarianMinimum 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience;
previous experience with international division support is advantage Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor lawDriving license and practice – Category BComfortably using MS Office applications, SAP is a strong advantageBeing an HR partner is your passion, sharing thoughts and ideas proactively, and communicating openly about your strengthsHave a desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its goalsYou are good at organizing, prioritization and coordination, also have experience how to manage projectsHave the ability to analyze, interpret data and tell the business story based on those dataWe are a diverse team in HR but all committed to MOL Group 2030 Strategy and ValuesResilience, positive spirit and can-do attitude are prerequisites for being successful in this role
