Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for a Supply Chain Manager in its management team for the following tasks:
Strategy Formation and Implementation:
Develop and execute tactical plans to optimize resource allocation within the department.
Leadership and Direction:
Communicate and motivate teams to achieve business goals aligned with organizational strategies.
Supply Planning:
Oversee planning activities to ensure timely material and information flow, meeting customer demand and optimizing inventory.
Supplier Management:
Monitor and improve the performance of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Budgeting:
Develop and manage budgets for departmental areas, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Inventory Control:
Achieve specific inventory goals while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
Ensure compliance with HS&
E policies, identifying and mitigating risks in the workplace.
Elvárások / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required.
Fluency in English
Over 3 to 6 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields (in manager position).
Required Skills:
Proficiency in planning, organizing, and workflow management. Strong understanding of policy, procedures, and enterprise systems.
