As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting all our employees, especially in Hungary, but also in Balkan countries. In Hungary, we have two plants, Ujhartyan and Felsojalos. In addition, your collaboration with HR across our Central-Eastern Europe and Middle East division will be instrumental. Your role will also involve managing relations with various HR and labour market institutions, such as recruitment agencies, legal offices, and universities. There will be occasional travel requirements to fulfil these responsibilities.Your other key responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
Overseeing recruitment, facilitating smooth onboarding, and enhancing our employer branding.Talent Development:
This includes guiding career planning, managing talent, designing succession plans, and coordinating both internal and external training.Compensation and Benefits:
