Create job descriptions to attract suitable candidates and be responsible for candidate screening and interviewing processes. Identify competency needs and development opportunities in cooperation with management and department headsProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etcDesign training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career guidance to help employees reach their full potential. Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement in cooperation with department heads. Advise leadership on talent development and contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategy. Promote the company’s culture and values through employee development initiatives.
