Office koordinátor
Your tasks:

Coordinate facility management related issues (office equipment, services, utilities, etc)
Regular cooperation with facility management regarding technical issues of the Budapest office based on related safety observations create corrective actions of maintenance
Administration:
purchases for maintenance issues (PO creation for facilities)
Follow up order fulfillment
Direct debit handling
Support and coordinate indirect purchasing process
To work with other operations functions to ensure alignment with overall initiatives and processes
Periodically participates in audits of other projects/services
Ensure competitive/alternative quotes
Manage office supply Ex. Water, vending machines, catering, printing etc
Coordinate contract approval process
Create office related ad-hoc reports
Support the site leader with administrative duties
Event organising
