TAS Automotive Kft. is a company of automotive industry, the main products are Sensor for Brake pads and Air Shock Absorber.The Regional Sales Manager has responsibility for creating and implementing a strategy to drive TAS's sales and reputation within the assigned region for Air Shock Absorber :
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures reaching company's sales goals.Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to manage and develop potential distribution channelsIdentify and develop necessary sales and marketing plans and tools targeted at both the distributors and end users.Establish sales and revenue objectives on an annual and quarterly basis.Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding market trends and performance.Provide input to Product Management, Engineering regarding market demands and future trends.Conduct sales and technical training for distribution channels within the region.Work-life balanceMultinational environmentGrowing companyStable backgroundInvolvement in all business functionscafeteriamobileCommercial acumen and negotiation skills;
Ability to develop strong working relationships along with good analytical skills to understand the needs and requirements of clients;
Strong communication andpresentation skills;

Excellent organizationalskills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
Fluent in English Language - other European languagesare considered a plus as German,Italian, Polish and so on.
