Senior Supply Quality Engineer

The position is responsible for managing mechanic suppliers, ensuring product quality, throughout the product lifecycle. The position has the responsibility for developing the appropriate preventive quality processes in supplier and metrics to minimize return and maximize customer satisfaction.Establish short term/Long term supplier quality business plan to fulfill company visions.Manager new project at supplier side from kick-off till mass production, including feasibility study of new component, and technical review with supplier.Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.Track and communicate with Program team, BUI team to follow up CPA/CPL status and take care of escalation.Through the utilization of data-driven measurements that are clear and effective, statistical methods and tracking measurements:

T, manufacturing processes, methods, and problem-solving methodology, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and automotive quality management systems.Manufacturing capacity analysis ex. Run at rate analysis.Reasonable fit for frequent travel.Self-starter with minimum supervision.Conflict-management skill is preferred to deal with various circumstances. within/outside of the organization.Strong motivation for self-learning with other new categories.
