Senior Project Controller

This is a Senior Project Controller role in a brand-new SSC in the heart of Budapest. You will be responsible for reporting to the Controlling department and for supporting the business partners with financial budgeting, monitoring, and coordinating engineering projects. The work can be managed fully remotely – with a time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.Direct support for the global project controller in terms of:
SAP project structure.Budgets.Plan/actual comparison.Global settlements.Project master data management, including project closure.Validation and upload of project cost planning.Tracking of the project cost.Perform manual and corrective postings.Preparation of standard project reports and support in analysis.Monitoring and follow-up of budget adjustments within SAP.Interface to finance – check of capitalization requirements etc.Responsible for the coordination of intercompany charges including the creation of contracts and alignments within the KOSTAL group.Modern, newly built sustainable office in the heart of Budapest.Competitive salary, benefits and compensation packages Medicover, bonuses, an extra day off on your birthday.Supportive, diverse and highly skilled community.Ability to really make a difference and build new processes from scratch, you can participate in the formation and shape of the BSC processes.You can enjoy our value-oriented work culture:

Our flexible working conditions and the excellent team at KOSTAL make the perfect place for your ambitions.At least 5 years of experience in Controlling.Project experience in an engineering, automotive company, or similar environment.Process knowledge about the cycle from project creation to settlement.Financial reporting experience delivered in an SSC environment.BI tool experience like Tableau or SAC or any other visualization toolStrong analytical thinking and data analysis skills, data crunching.Flexibility and stress resistance, able to cope with a big data set.Strong knowledge of results analysis concepts and configuration.Strong team player who can build, and motivate a process team, who has the capability to work with different stakeholders.Solid Excel functions experienceAdvanced skills in Power PointSAP PS, FI and SAP-CO solid knowledge and experience are necessary.Experience in SAP S4/HANA is an advantage.Fluent in EnglishGerman language knowledge is an advantage
