Resident Engineer Quality

Tasks:
Recognize and document QM system/process deviations across multiple units, such as missing employee orientation plans, and implement appropriate measures to address them.Participate in regular meetings with customers in various sites and countries to ensure alignment on quality standards and address any concerns or issues.Identify and develop cost-saving programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste in quality management processes.Coordinate complex tests and inspections to analyze defects and evaluate their plausibility with the customer, ensuring functional reliability.Develop extensive and complex series reports according to external customer requirements to provide thorough analysis and documentation of quality metrics.Plan and conduct training sessions within the plant site to ensure understanding and adherence to quality management processes.Career opportunity, work in a young and innovative team Competitive salary and fringe benefits International work environment Secure, long-term job opportunity Stable company backgroundProfile:
