Recruitment Specialist

GBS HR Global Hub Hungary is supporting different locations around the globe. The HR Specialist is managing end to end recruitment processes, local- and global projects and also responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing. In this role you will mostly manage vacancies related to our Hungarian locations. ResponsibilitiesDrive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managersSupplier agency managementContribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and toolsTaking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activitiesCooperation with the HR Business Partners and Marketing/Content SpecialistsParticipating in hiring days, job fairs and other external eventsReport and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholdersProvide recruitment trainings to hiring managersFinding and using new online and offline channels to target suitable candidatesTaking part in local- and global projectsClose cooperation with the Employee Services and Compensation &
