Our partner is a multinational automotive company and a specialist for complete wheel production. They are opening 2 plants in Kecskemét and Debrecen with a highly automated storage system and production lines. To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the machines in both plants, they are looking for a maintenance manager.
As a maintenance manager, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the production lines, the automated high-bay systems and technical processes in our partners new Kecskemét and Debrecen. Your tasks will include:
Management and further development of the maintenance team
Adjustment of machines and systems and commissioning of new systems
Responsible planning and carrying out of repair and maintenance work on machines, systems and equipment
Ensuring and optimizing system availability and efficient troubleshooting
Documentation of the maintenance work carried out
Support at technical changes and new projects
Coordination of external service companies
Close cooperation with the plant manager and other relevant departments
Elvárások / Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
Degree in engineering
Several years of maintenance experience in the automotive industry
Hands- on mechanical and electronic maintenance knowledge
Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
Willingness to travel (between Debrecen and Kecskemét)
Flexible personality, solution-oriented mindset, and a high degree of autonomy in work
Leadership attitude and good communication skills
Advantage:

Experience in maintenance of automated production line
