Maintenance Engineer

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtimePerform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptlyMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history recordsConduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceCoordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasksEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment PPE usageTrain and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plant maintenanceSupervise contractors, and engineering and technical staff.Create maintenance proceduresManage stocks of supplies and equipmentCompetitive compensation package including;
