Lead Software Test Engineer

You will be a technical leader of a team of multilocational SW Test engineers to validate embedded C/C++ software demonstrating industry best-practicesYou will train software validation team to ensure standard software validation practicesYou will use standards and guidelines of software testing, and drive improvements guided by metrics.You will support the team in the development of test cases and automated testing based on defined software requirements and designYou will follow software development process to ensure quality standards are met.On an international level you will collaborate with our teams in Germany and in the USWe specifically pay attention and support your development,You can work with the latest technologies as part of our international team,Very flexible work schedule, home office per individual and business needs up to 80-90%Annual bonus, cafeteria, housing/travel allowance,Health screenings, sports support, discounted canteen,Exciting corporate events.You have at least a BSc degree in computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineeringYou have at least 4+ years of experience in software test engineer or similar in automotiveYou have specific practical experience with manual/ automated software testing tools / pipelinesYou have automotive experience:
you know vehicle communication protocols, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, AUTOSAR, and/or RTOSYou have experience with automotive processes, like practical knowledge in V-Model and ASPICE.You have excellent communication, and problem solving skillsYou have project management experiencesYour English language skills are conversational, you will use them on a daily basis, if you also speak German, that would be beneficialWe consider as an advantage if you have worked in Agile environment
