Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for an IT Recruiter in its office in Budapest Vaci Greens, 13th district.
