Hr Specialist (French)

Main responsibilities:
Support HR transition projects by providing assistance in process assessment and scope definition
Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transition activities
Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing within HR SCE (HR Solution Center Europe)
Participate in system and process improvements
Assist with HR knowledge management activities
Create and update system and process documentation
Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
Support the administration of HR processes and procedures along the employee life cycle and complete daily operational activities
Required skills:
Fluent in English and in French
At least 3 years of experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
Experience in HR projects (HR transition and/or HR system implementation)
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
Advantages:
