Our HR team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join us on a full-time basis.Corvinus University is currently undergoing a transformation and you can be involved in shaping the HR strategy and participate in many interesting projects that we planned.If you are a self-starter who likes a challenge and wants to work alongside like-minded people in a friendly office with an amazing view this role is for you! About the role:
Managing recruitment and selection processes:
Maintaining a candidate databaseediting and publishing job advertisementsorganising interviewsAdministration related to the start and termination of employmentKeeping labour law documents up to datePreparing amendments to employment contractsSupporting HR Partners in the administration of pay increases and bonusesChange management in SAP HR moduleAssisting employees with HR-related queriesPreparing reportsParticipating in HR projects and process developmentAny ad-hoc administrative tasks as required About you:
University degree2-3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist role and end-to-end recruitmentProactive and able to work independentlyExcellent verbal &
written communication skills in Hungarian and EnglishConfident in using MS OfficeSolution-driven and take ownership of your workKnowledge of HR systems SAP or equivalent is not essential but will be an advantage
