Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt, part of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for a well-experienced Head of Productions to our operations team, being located in Várpalota, Hungary.Ensure undisputed implementation and maintenance of safety measures in all production areasPlaying a leading role in designing and building production organizationPlaying significant role in starting and ramping up productionLeading serial productionDrive risk mitigation and operational excellence initiativesEnsure that all regulatory and compliance measures and customer requirements are metParticipate in installation and commissioning of technologies and mproduction equipmentTrain and continuously develop key production staff, his/her direct and second line reports even while learning in parallelParticipate in development and deployment of manufacturing processes and KPI'sEnsure customer satisfaction via uncompromised quality and timely completion of production activitiesManage teams in different workshops providing leadership, assistance and guidance to workshop leaders, shift leaders and the entire production teamDirect and supervise production planningMaintain, train and improve 5S in the areas under his/her responsibilitiesEnsure availability of required resources including especially skilled and trained people, tools and materialActive participation in preparation and completion of system and customer auditsLeading, guiding and supervising capacity, headcount and cost planning, providing strong control on delivering these plansParticipate in preparing CAPEX, OPEX budgets and control realization in his/her areaWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEBSc./MSc.
