Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to diverse global stakeholders, aligning with project objectives and business goals.Lead the creation and delivery of global change management initiatives, including communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Certification in Prosci ADKAR, Change Management Practitioner CMP or similar is highly preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English;
