• At least 4 years’ experience in IT service management
  
• excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365;
  
  
• good knowledge of Active Directory, WSUS, MDT;
  
  
• good knowledge of PC management tools (SCCM or Landesk or Baramundi);
  
  
• good knowledge of mobile devices (Android, IOS) and Mobile Device;
  Management (Intune or MobileIron or Airwatch or Ivanti);
  
  
• strong English knowledge (written and spoken);
  
  
• analytical skills;
  
  
• problem solving and diagnostic skills;
  
  
• good time management and prioritization skills
  
• good understanding of technology standards.

,[-Analyse Windows system issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of errors in accordance with SLAs;
, -maintain global IT systems (PC and mobile) and global IT process (WaaS, pathing management, release management.), -define standards related to workplaces, mobile devices, printers and EUC management systems, -create and update technical documentation, knowledge base and procedures improving the quality of services provided by the IT in terms of applications and supporting processes;
