Investment preparation, bidding and analysis. Professional supervision of the execution of works by preparing weekly reportsBeing responsible for the necessary administrative processes and for oral and written communication with external collaborators. VII degree of professional qualification, Bachelor of Architecture or M. Arch. Possession of a responsible designer's and responsible contractor's license. 10 years of experience in project development, coordination, and monitoring of projects during construction. Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, preferably Revit. Knowledge of the design processes of different types of objects through all phases, planning, and distribution of activities within the design team, including execution, supervision, and handover phases. Greater decision-making independence in the planning process. Ability to delegate and lead the team through the planning process to ensure full synchronization of the project at all stages. Systematic monitoring and review of difficulties encountered in the execution of works, preparation, and review of construction site documentation. Good English language skills. Eloquence and kindness, both verbal and written. Highly developed sense of empathy and ability to understand the needs of others. An outstanding culture of responsibility, personal integrity, and ethics. Flexibility, positive attitude, commitment to teamwork. Professional, unobtrusive and neat appearance.
