Sales Manager

General tasks:
Responsible for the annual order intake budget for all Business Units in the designated market areasEnsuring that the growth plan of the company is achievedConducting market research and business development in the main focused areasResponsible for the Customer Relationship Management. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and understand their needs, create and define sales strategyBe responsible for the whole sales process, from RFQ generation, to offer submission and negotiation of the contract, and handover to the Project ManagementKeeping contacts with customers, and visit customers on regular basisPreparing commercial reports, understand the market demand price, product, lead time and forecasts about the upcoming salesRequirements, education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline:
Engineering or BusinessFluency in Hungarian and English;
proficiency in additional languages is an advantageBetween 3-5 years’ experience in in Utility scale ESS or C&
I ESS salesMinimum 10 years professional experience, minimum 5 years in similar sales positionDriving licenseValue-based selling management skills and sales and business development experience.Self-driven and motivatedWilling to travel, as it’s expected that 25-30% of the time is spend with clientsProven experience in a similar industry and/or in custom build heavy machinery manufacturing businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionsWhat we offer:
